Alla prima bolletta (dopo 2 mesi) mi trovo un costo mensile di 3 euro. Andando a richiedere, mi è stato detto che il servizio è gratutito, ma il dispositivo si paga ed inoltre potevo fare il recesesso entro 15 giorni: peccato che ho saputo di questo costo solo alla prima bolletta, dopo due mesi.Sul precontratto non c'è nulla riguardo questo costo. Sul contratto nulla. Aperte più e più segnalazioni ma secondo loro devo pagare una cosa che non è stata menzionata da nessuna parte. Voglio vedere ora che immischio il mio legale se devo pagare. Complimenti.

I entered into a fiber contract at home. I was told that the optional services they provided were all free. At the first bill (after 2 months) I find myself a monthly cost of 3 euros. Going to request, I was told that the service is free, but the device is paid for and also I could make the withdrawal within 15 days: pity that I only knew of this cost on the first bill, after two months. On the pre-contract there is no it is nothing about this cost. Nothing on the contract. Open more and more reports but according to them I have to pay for something that was not mentioned anywhere. I want to see now that I get my attorney involved if I have to pay. Compliments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oltre l'impossibilità di recedere da una linea telefonica fissa per decesso del titolare, si raccomanda alla persona in negozio con il piercing al naso di essere meno invadente e più discreta perchè considerando anche i disservizi dell'azienda telefonica la clientela decide di emigrare altrove da altri operatori telefonici.
