★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unico Centro TIM in città abilitato a sostituire il modem di linea fissa/Fibra in caso di guasto dopo la dovuta segnalazione al 187. Credo che la formazione dei dipendenti sia importante per offrire al pubblico un servizio preciso e soddisfacente. Le informazioni contorte ed errate sulla gestione di un'assistenza tecnica, screditano la professionalità e la serietà di un'azienda leader nel settore da sempre. Un pò più di comprensione e cortesia da chi sta dietro il bancone sarebbe gradita, in un periodo come questo, che ci costringe a non poter fare a meno della linea telefonica/dati per lo smart working da casa, dell'arroganza della commessa nei confronti di mia moglie, invece, se ne poteva fare a meno. Problema risolto direttamente con il tecnico del 187 che gentilissimo è venuto a sostituirmi il modem personalmente a casa.

Problem solved directly with the 187 technician who was very kind to replace the modem personally at home.
