★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero andata per acquistare un nuovo cellulare, mi è stato rifiutato 2 volte di comprarlo l'avrei preso a rate con la carta di credito postale MasterCard ma loro mi hanno detto che con quella carta nn si può prendere niente a rate non è vero perché si può prendere tutto con la MasterCard. Peccato c'era una occasione buona su un Cellullare che mi piaceva parecchio. Maleducati e inaffidabili.
I had gone to buy a new mobile phone, I was refused 2 times to buy it I would have taken it in installments with the MasterCard postal credit card but they told me that with that card you cannot take anything in installments it is not true because yes can take it all with the MasterCard. Too bad there was a good opportunity on a mobile phone that I liked a lot. Rude and unreliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mio padre si è recato qualche settimana fa ad attivare un ottima promozione che,vedendola anche noi abbiamo deciso di passare a Tim, non potevamo fare scelta migliore.
Son stati molto gentili e disponibili nell informarci riguardo i costi e le offerte della promozione, e altrettanto premuroso da scriverci le opzioni che andavano disattivate,in quanto a noi,per le nostre esigenze,non servivano e dopo un mese sarebbero diventate a pagamento,ma grazie a un tempestivo intervento (chiamata al servizio clienti ) grazie alla loro informazione,ora non ci troviamo a pagare questi extra.

A few weeks ago my father went to activate an excellent promotion which, seeing it too, we decided to switch to Tim, we could not have made a better choice.
They were very kind and helpful in informing us about the costs and offers of the promotion, and equally thoughtful to write us the options that had to be disabled, as for us, for our needs, they were not needed and after a month they would become paid, but thanks to a timely intervention (call to customer service) thanks to their information, now we are not paying these extras.

Si è recato di persona ed ha trovato un personale qualificato, esperto, cortese e disponibile alle esigenze commerciali e tecniche richieste. Dato di fatto ha effettuato anche altri acquisti, vista la qualità dei prodotti ed il rapporto dei loro prezzi. Indubbiamente appropriati e commercialmente onesti. Grazie in special modo alla Sig.ra che ha servito mio marito come già detto molto professionale , anche a nome di mio marito Renato.
