★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appena uscito dal centro Tim di grandemilia dopo aver avuto un grosso problema legato alla mia offerta. Personale educatissimo e disponibilissimo, soprattutto Veronica subito pronta a risolvere alla perfezione il mio problema. Consiglio vivamente questo centro Tim rispetto ad altri dove non ho ricevuto la stessa attenzione.
Just left the Tim center of grandemilia after having had a big problem related to my offer. Staff very polite and very helpful, especially Veronica immediately ready to solve my problem perfectly. I highly recommend this Tim center over others where I haven't gotten the same attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato che non si può mettere zero stelle....personale con poca esperienza,maleducate, strafottenti, sembra che sappiano tutto loro...ogni volta che passi davanti a questo esercizio le vedi sempre con il cellulare in mano....peccato che non si possa fare il nome di una dipendente.....
Too bad you can not put zero stars .... staff with little experience, rude, arrogant, it seems that they know everything ... every time you pass this exercise you always see them with the mobile phone in hand .... pity that you cannot name an employee .....

Se mettete un numero fisso diretto per il negozio dovreste rispondere anche perché questo comportamento denota davvero poca professionalità ed attenzione al cliente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi piacerebbe sapere come mai nessun. TIM risponde al telefono. Fatta la prova fuori dal negozio con i commessi che non facevano niente ma non rispondono. A questo punto non mettete numero di telefono. Mediocri

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio all'interno del centro commerciale GrandEmilia si trova di fronte all'ingresso dell'ExtraCoop. Oggi ho fatto una visita abbastanza urgente perchè preoccupato su un possibile pagamento di una tariffa che si stava per rinnovare e che per evitare di pagare oltre quanto richiesto l'ho disattivata dal sito tim.it.
Ho avuto i vari chiarimenti con la commessa e mi ha tranquillizzato. Non c'é nulla da pagare se disattivi una promozione gratis per un mese e a seguire si rinnova automaticamente etc il giorno prima del rinnovo.
La mia preoccupazione era legata sulla ricarica automatica.
Dopo aver risolto ho ringraziato la commessa veramente disponibile e simpatica.
+ Personale davvero attento e gentile
- Forse un po' lunghe le attese per essere serviti uno alla volta

Shop inside the GrandEmilia shopping center is located in front of the ExtraCoop entrance. Today I made a rather urgent visit because I was worried about a possible payment of a rate that was about to be renewed and that to avoid paying more than what was requested, I deactivated it from the tim.it site.
I had various clarifications with the saleswoman and she reassured me. There is nothing to pay if you deactivate a free promotion for one month and thereafter it renews automatically etc the day before the renewal.
My concern was related to automatic refilling.
After solving, I thanked the really helpful and nice saleswoman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 25 euro per un cambio scheda, controllo sul sito appena tornato a casa e il prezzo è di 15 euro. Contatto un operatore TIM e mi conferma 15 euro. Controllo sullo scontrino e mi ritrovo una spesa di 9.90 mai fatta. Ho fatto un richiamo alla TIM per l'accaduto. Dopo una settimana di chiamate nel negozio senza mai risposte mi sono recato personalmente verso il punto vendita per ricscere le dovute spiegazioni. Mi hanno detto che il gadget che avevano regalato a mio figlio mai richiesto da nessuno e che nemmeno ricordavo aveva il costo dei 9.90 euro aggiunti. In più mi hanno detto che è prassi che aggiungono questo gadget a spese dell'utente a ogni sostituzione SIM.
