★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio assolutamente da evitare. Qualche settimana fa ho acquistato in questa catena di elettronica, una lavatrice Beko. Durante il primo lavaggio si è guastata. Cosa che può tranquillamente succedere, ma dopo essere venuto il tecnico e rilasciato il foglio in cui dichiarava la necessità di essere sostituita, è iniziata un'odissea. La lavatrice non era più disponibile in negozio. Io mi sono offerto di aggiungere soldi ed acquistarne un'altra, visto che avevo preso quella di mostra per estrema necessità, ma nulla, mi hanno detto che la Beko non consente di fare così. Insomma ho dovuto lottare e sbraitare per quasi 2 settimane per la sostituzione. Morale della favola, avete la stessa garanzia di un acquisto su internet, ma almeno li, il prezzo è minore...
Shop absolutely to avoid. A few weeks ago I bought a Beko washing machine in this electronics chain. During the first wash it failed. Which can easily happen, but after the technician came and released the sheet stating the need to be replaced, an odyssey began. The washing machine was no longer available in the shop. I offered to add money and buy another one, since I had taken the exhibition one for extreme necessity, but nothing, they told me that Beko does not allow to do so. In short, I had to fight and rant for almost 2 weeks for the replacement. Moral of the story, you have the same guarantee as a purchase on the internet, but at least there, the price is lower ...
