Pessima! Primo massaggio, dopo una serie di disdette da parte loro, fatto da una ragazzina forse ventenne la quale doveva: rispondere al telefono, aprire la porta e tutto questo mentre faceva il massaggio. Dato che ero in gravidanza e si sentiva poco sicura a praticarlo ho deciso di sospende lasciandone due già pagati nel pacchetto che mi era stato regalato. Dopo mesi ho richiamato per effettuare gli ultimi due massaggi fissati in data lontanissima e distanti da loro, oltretutto mi hanno anche trattato male facendomi capire che non stanno ai comodi miei. Arriva il giorno prima del fatidico massaggio e mi arriva un mess su whatsapp con la disdetta ( premetto era una venerdì) con scritto che la massaggiatrice aveva avuto un problema e di ricontattarli MARTEDÌ, lì si è scatenata la mia ira e la titolare me ne ha fissato un altro subito per il sabato dopo. Purtroppo ho dovuto disdire io perché mia figlia aveva la febbre, oggi avrei avuto il secondo, dato che le sfighe non vengono mai sole, ieri mio papà è stato ricoverato e così l’ho ceduto ad una mia amica. Incredibile NON LE HANNO FATTO IL MASSAGGIO, per altro già pagato PERCHÉ NON ERO IO E OLTRE TUTTO LE HANNO ANCHE DETTO CHE AVEVO PER IL PRECENTE.. Ma io ho i messaggi su whatsapp con la titolare, che oggi non c’era, e non hanno potuto dire niente. Tutto questo per dire, andate da gente professionale e competente!

Very bad! First massage, after a series of cancellations on their part, made by a girl maybe twenty years old who had to: answer the phone, open the door and all this while doing the massage. Since I was pregnant and felt unsafe to practice it, I decided to suspend, leaving two already paid in the package I was given as a present. After months I called back to make the last two massages set at a very distant and distant date, plus they also treated me badly making me understand that they are not comfortable. The day before the fateful massage arrives and I get a mess on whatsapp with the cancellation (I said it was a Friday) with the message that the masseuse had a problem and to contact them again TUESDAY, there my anger broke out and the owner has me fixed another immediately for the following Saturday. Unfortunately I had to cancel because my daughter had a fever, today I would have had the second one, because bad luck never comes alone, yesterday my dad was hospitalized and so I sold him to a friend of mine. Incredible they did NOT MASSAGE it, for another already paid BECAUSE I WAS NOT IO AND OVER ALL THEY ALSO SAID WHAT I HAD FOR THE ENTIRE .. But I have the messages on whatsapp with the owner, which today was not there, and could not say anything. All this to say, go to professional and competent people!
