Nelle fasi iniziali è bravo nell'accompagnarti nel progetto dell'evento aiutandoti a sviluppare soluzioni brillanti e coerenti con le tue esigenze. Poi l'evento viene realizzato in perfetta aderenze alle attese fissate, ma con quella attenzione alle persone, che consente i cambiamenti necessari. Lo staff è professionale ma con quella empatia che rende piacevole l'incontro. Il cibo ed i vini si sono dimostrati di qualità superiore, con una preparazione attenta ai dettagli nonché all'estetica che non guasta se le cose sono buone. Poi, ho saputo di una fortissima preferenza per il chilometro zero e per la genuinità dei prodotti dell'orto. Complimenti! I am struck by the professionalism of the owner, Mattia Forlani. Lo staff è preparatissimo ma soprattutto quello che lo caratterizza è la cura per qualunque esigenza degli ospiti. Il tutto accompagnato da una coccolante cordialità del personale che rende l'evento, oltre che impeccabile nel cibo e nella sua presentazione, un momento unico e speciale. La presenza del Titolare Mattia che accompagna il cliente dalla preparazione dell'evento fino alla fruizione dello stesso, stando attivamente in sala, è sicuramente un valore aggiunto che fa di questo banqueting UNA GARANZIA!!!!!!!!!!!! Sposati a giugno 2021, con tutte le difficoltà relative al periodo, abbiamo regalato una giornata indimenticabile agli 80 invitati. Ottima e genuina la cucina. Anche i bambini si sono divertiti un mondo in quel parco meraviglioso e senza nessun pericolo, per la gioia dei genitori che hanno potuto godere della giornata senza alcuna preoccupazione. Consigliatissima. Excellent location ... professionalism, availability and courtesy distinguish the owner Mattia. Married in June 2021, with all the difficulties related to the period, we gave an unforgettable day to the 80 guests. The cuisine is excellent and genuine. Even the children had a great time in that wonderful park and without any danger, to the delight of the parents who were able to enjoy the day without any worries. Highly recommended.

Mattia è stato super cordiale e molto professionale, è riuscito a soddisfare tutte le nostre richieste senza problemi, ci ha seguito dall'inizio alla fine impeccabilmente. I Ragazzi della Sala sono stati estremamente professionali e molto premurosi verso gli invitati (Bambini compresi :) ). Cibo ottimo, sopra ogni aspettativa, soprattutto il risotto in giallo che fanno con lo zafferano coltivato da loro. Se dovete organizzare un evento non esitate e contattate Mattia!! Alla prossima e grazie ancora per tutto!! We celebrated the baptism of our son Alessio at Villa Airaghi. Mattia was super friendly and very professional, he managed to satisfy all our requests without any problems, he followed us from start to finish flawlessly. The boys of the room were extremely professional and very thoughtful towards the guests (including children :)). Excellent food, above all expectations, especially the yellow risotto they make with the saffron grown by them. If you need to organize an event, do not hesitate and contact Mattia !!
