★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Navona Grand Suites are indeed grand! Gaetano (spelling?) greeted us with cappuccino and biscuits before showing us to our suite. The suite was spacious and well appointed with modern conveniences. Paola was very accommodating and even arranged a taxi to Ciampino for us. We would love to stay again on a future visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent base for exploring ROME and the surrounding attractions. This is the SECOND time we have stayed at the Navona Grand Suite and each time it seems to get more luxurious. The room we stayed in was "314 PIETRO GRIFFO" deluxe suite and the view was magnificent. The room was clean and style and atmosphere have brought us back to the rome of the 1500s, Drapes and Air Conditioner was so easy to use. The price of the room was not very expensive. The Staff were very cheerful and helpful. Thank you Paola

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Must stay!! I have travelled a lot and been to a lot of hotels as I worked for an airline and I must say this place is amazing! The staff is very helpful and they want to ensure your stay is perfect. The manager made it feel like we have been friends forever. Maximilian gave some very good advice on where to eat, get a haircut and where to party. The room were clean and beds were super comfortable. Our Room was Toredela Scimmia..amazing room facing in the courtyard

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travel a fair amount and do quite a bit of homework before picking a place to stay. But my experience here was surprisingly disappointing. The location was good, the room was nicely appointed and spacious, and Paula was really helpful and accommodating. However, in rooms 319 / 320 you can hear just about everything coming from the other room - especially the bathroom. And there was construction work taking place on the floor above, which itself wouldn't have been too much of an issue (9am start), but my room had particles/dust falling from the ceiling onto the bed, floor, all over the bathroom, even into my suitcase. Sadly not what I was led to expect based on the prior 4.9 rating.
