★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio davvero scadente, dovuto al nuovo personale molto impreparato...nel Centro smaltimento rifiuti di Putignano.
La domanda inutile, di rito quando arrivi nel Centro, oltre che a sembrare che vogliano cacciarti, ti chiedono Signora lei cosa porta?? È ovvio cosa devo portare, RIFIUTI.
Attenzione, questa mia recensione non riguarda gli operatori che sono bravissimi e sono sempre gli stessi da anni, ma parlo del nuovo personale che davvero non è competente.
Vorrebbero monitorare la situazione ma, in realtà creano solo disordine e perdita di tempo.
Racconto quanto mi è successo di recente, la prima volta l'operatrice esce dallo stand per dirmi:- Signora deve essere Lei a gettare i rifiuti, non deve chiedere o all'Operatore...
Risposi:- Ma, se non ci sono nemmeno dei cartelli che indicano cosa viene smaltito dentro ogni cassone, come faccio a gettare i rifiuti senza l'aiuto di qualcuno di Voi?
Ritorno dopo una decina di giorni e nuovamente la stessa operatrice mi dice:- Signora per favore faccia sempre riferimento all'Operatore.
Non ho parole, una volta mi dicono una cosa e la volta successiva l'esatto contrario, che disorganizzazione, Lo dico sinceramente da cittadina di Putignano il servizio é secondo me, DAVVERO INEFFICIENTE, prima stavamo decisamente meglio.

I replied: - But, if there are not even signs indicating what is disposed of inside each bin, how can I throw the waste without the help of any of you?
I come back after about ten days and again the same operator tells me: - Madam please always refer to the operator.
I have no words, once they tell me one thing and the next time the exact opposite, what a disorganization, I say it sincerely as a town of Putignano the service is in my opinion, REALLY INEFFICIENT, before we were much better.
