A 15 giorni dall'ordine e dal pagamento di un articolo che risultava disponibile non ho alcuna notizia e non rispondono alla richiesta di informazioni sullo stato dell'ordine.
15 days after the order and payment for an item that was available, I have no news and they do not respond to the request for information on the status of the order.

Tutto perfetto forse a mio avviso manca un po di contatto con il cliente a me e successo che un prodotto non era disponibile quindi un leggero ritardo nella spedizione ma se non chiamavo nessuno ti avvisa. Comunque tornerò a fare acquisti ottimi prezzi e buoni prodotti
Everything is perfect, perhaps in my opinion I lack a bit of contact with the customer and it happened that a product was not available so a slight delay in shipping but if I did not call no one warns you. Anyway I will be back to shop for great prices and good products

ordinate due coppie di altoparlanti fusion per un totale di quasi 250€, a 3 giorni dall'ordine ricevo una telefonata dal personale dello shop che mi comunicava che avrebbero effettuato un rimborso in quanto gli oggetti da me ordinati non erano presenti in magazzino. Alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni mi hanno detto che hanno più di 30mila oggetti sul sito e le quantità in magazzino non sempre possono essere aggiornate. Ad oggi sul loro sito le casse da me ordinate risultano disponibili e sul mio profilo nello stato d'ordine risulta ancora "pagamento accettato", non ho ancora ricevuto alcun rimborso. Lasciare tutto come "disponibile" sullo shop per attirare maggiori clienti anche se questi oggetti in realtà non sono disponibili lo reputo un atteggiamento molto poco serio, non comprerò mai più da loro.
order two pairs of fusion speakers for a total of almost 250 €, 3 days after the order I receive a phone call from the shop staff who informed me that they would make a refund as the items I ordered were not in stock. At my request for explanations they told me that they have more than 30 thousand items on the site and the quantities in stock cannot always be updated. To date, on their site the boxes I ordered are available and on my profile in the order status it is still "payment accepted", I have not yet received any refund. Leaving everything as "available" on the shop to attract more customers, even if these items are not actually available, I consider it a very not serious attitude, I will never buy from them again.

In una attività trentennale dare un giudizio da parte mia è quasi un insulto. La competenza è la caratteristica principale e così l'onestà sui prezzi, altrimenti non avrebbero resistito alla concorrenza telematica. ?
In thirty years of activity, giving a judgment on my part is almost an insult. Competence is the main feature and so is honesty on prices, otherwise they would not have withstood online competition. ?

CROOKS Ordered and paid for over 500 Euros-worth of paint, epoxy fillers, primers and some other boat hardware. Only part of the order was despatched due to some items being on back order. Package didn’t arrive, phoned store and they said despatch company had tried to deliver 4 times to exactly the same address that another order had been delivered a couple of weeks before! Eventually discovered that the the package had been so poorly packed and mishandled that at least 2 x 2.5 litre cans of oil based paint had burst inside the box. Everything was covered in white paint, every other can was severely dented. Everything was beyond use or recovery. Naval told us to take photos of the package so they could claim damages from the delivery company. We followed their instructions and deposited the items next to the the marina’s garbage. Naval then decided that they would not replace any of the items or refund us the money, as we were unable to re-package and return the goods. So we told them we would register for a chargeback with our credit card company. We then asked about the back ordered items, over 200 Euros worth. Naval stated that they would not deliver them or refund us the money as we “were playing the game of disputing the charges from the first part of the order” that Naval had negligently not packaged appropriately. They were extremely rude on the phone and we are disgusted with their lack of care and service. We do not recommend them in any way, shape or form.
