Ti mandano un tecnico che si scorda gli attrezzi a casa e dopo ti mettono doppie ore di lavoro nella fattura. Se potessi mettere 0 stelle le metterei.
Beware of these crafty ones !!
They send you a technician who forgets the tools at home and then they put double hours of work on your invoice. If I could put 0 stars I would put them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La ditta Navaglia ha installato delle valvole elettroniche nel mio appartamento nel 2018 poiché quest’anno quando si è acceso il riscaldamento condominiale i miei termosifoni andavano al massimo parlo del 19 Ottobre 2021 e non riuscivo a regolarli attraverso la centralina ho chiamato la ditta Navaglia per assistenza e manutenzione dal 19 ottobre che chiamo e ricevo come risposta di essere paziente che il ragazzo che le ha montate e’ impegnato fuori città , intanto i consumi vanno alle stelle. Finalmente i primi di gennaio il ragazzo lo sento mi dice che sarebbe venuto più sentito… richiamo… hanno avuto il coraggio di dirmi che le valvole le hanno montate ma la responsabilità della manutenzione e’ mia e che loro non sono in grado. Il consumo energetico e’ incontrollabile e la ditta Navaglia che legge i contatori condominiali e fa preventivo di spesa non l’ho più sentita. Ho chiamato un altra ditta molto seria , che però mi ha detto che la manutenzione delle valvole pile, funzionamento centralina e valvole stesse la DEVE FARE chi ha installato l’impianto costato una cifra e che si rifiuta di dare assistenza?incredibile

Energy consumption is uncontrollable and I never heard from the Navaglia company that reads the condominium meters and makes a cost estimate. I called another very serious company, but they told me that the maintenance of the battery valves, control unit operation and valves MUST be done by those who installed the system cost a lot and refuses to give assistance? incredible
