La finestra si era scardinata e la maniglia era ingovernabile.
La fantastica ragazza che ha risposto al telefono, Milena, mi ha seguito passo passo telefonicamente permettendomi in autonomia di sistemare la finestra. Grandissima professionalità e conoscenza del prodotto.

I contacted Navacchi Serramenti for assistance as the company from which I initially purchased the fixtures, Poggi Gilberto snc, did not provide assistance.
The window had come off its hinges and the handle was unmanageable.
The fantastic girl who answered the phone, Milena, followed me step by step by phone, allowing me to arrange the window independently. Great professionalism and product knowledge.
