Dopo aver passato metà giornata a chiamare uno dei numeri postati sul loro sito internet, decido di provare con il secondo numero. Mi risponde un uomo, gli chiedo tutte le informazioni e costui mi dice che in questi giorni erano già tutti pieni, ma che era disponibile domenica 30 per noleggiare una barca tutta la giornata, ha poi aggiunto che però dovevamo andare lì per poter decidere la barca e vedere i prezzi, e così abbiamo fatto. Dopo la chiamata ci siamo messi subito in viaggio, preciso, un ora di macchina, siamo arrivati li per poi sentirmi dire dalla signora “no siamo pieni fino al 1 settembre”. Io le ho detto chiaramente di aver chiamato prima proprio per non venire a vuoto , di aver chiamato in uno dei loro numeri scritti anche sul cartellone che lei aveva di fronte, di aver parlato con un uomo che mi ha spiegato tutto e detto di dovermi recare qui per scegliere la barca e il tutto. Lei mi risponde con “impossibile, rispondo solo io alle chiamate,impossibile lei abbia parlato con un uomo”. Dopo questa le ho detto che evidentemente ho parlato a telefono con un fantasma che aveva lo stesso numero della loro gestione, e me ne sono andata. un ora di viaggio, anzi una giornata persa per star dietro alla loro disorganizzazione sia telefonica che generale. Aggiungendo l’antipatia della signora in questione e la pochissima professionalità.ridicoli. Expertise 0. Poi prima di partire ti fanno vedere che c'è il pieno e che l'elica è integra,ed al ritorno rifanno il pieno con te li vicino,per farti vedere il reale consumo,e ricontrollano l'elica.questa è un attenzione che in pochi hanno.da parte mia è stata molto gradita,perché è sinonimo di onestà. Se consideriamo anche il parcheggio delle moto in garage posso dire di aver ricevuto il miglior trattamento possibile ad un prezzo onestissimo. Staff very kind and helpful. Impeccable service. I mezzi sono belli, moderni e affidabili, ben mantenuti, puliti e presentati a modo. Il prezzo, sicuramente buono è congruo al servizio ed io lo trovo assolutamente onesto (rara qualità). Non posso che consigliarlo a chiunque voglia noleggiare un natante in queste zone. Bravi, continuate così! As always, service, courtesy, means and price at the top! The vehicles are beautiful, modern and reliable, well maintained, clean and well presented. The price, certainly good, is congruent with the service and I find it absolutely honest (rare quality). Prezzo conforme, barca tenuta molto bene con doccia, stereo Bluetooth, tenda, borsa frigo fornita da loro. (Si vede che ci lavorano nell’officina adiacente). La signora è molto gentile, troppe raccomandazioni per la distanza da tenere costa/barca. Conteggio benzina ad occhio. Nel complesso bellissima esperienza. Consigliato. (You can see that they work there in the adjacent workshop). The lady is very nice, too many recommendations for the distance to keep coast / boat. Gasoline count by eye. Overall a great experience.
