Personale prevenuto su una mia richiesta di aiuto circa dei prodotti appena comprati, credevano volessi il rimborso dei soldi ma avevo solo chiesto aiuto nella configurazione.
Non una bella figura per loro. Peccato sia l'unica Farmacia in zona...

Complimenti!! Ho chiamato i carabinieri per segnalarlo e neanche loro mi hanno risposto...in Africa funziona meglio
Horrible, pharmacy on duty that doesn't answer the phone. Very serious fact. But what a professionalism this is !! In search of important drugs for my son, I was stunned. Compliments!! I called the carabinieri to report it and they didn't answer me either ... in Africa it works better

Il dottore, del quale purtroppo non conosco il nome, ha dato piena accoglienza al problema e mi ha consigliato al meglio. A lui faccio anche i complimenti da parte del veterinario per la terapia del primo intervento. Grazie.
