Ho comprato un termometro, la dottoressa lo ha aperto, ma a me non l'ha fatto controllare.. Arrivato a casa non funzionava ed ovviamente l'ho riportato, ma la dottoressa ha sostenuto di averlo aperto e che quindi non era tenuta a sostituirlo. Ovviamente ne ho dovuto comprare un altro! Telefono per spiegazioni, la dottoressa mi risponde che 'lei ha solo due orari per inserirli a sistema, alle 15.30 o alle 20'. Molto strano. Le faccio presente che è una cosa molto grave, dal momento che nel mondo intero deve essere comunicato al ministero della salute nell'esatto orario a cui avviene il prelievo, anche per ovvie ragioni di sicurezza. Chiedo a questo punto di farlo valere nel suo secondo slot cioè alle 20 (ripeto, assurdo!), dice di richiamare al telefono. Non risponderà mai più e poi chiuderà. Ah, ovviamente il tampone viene prelevato in mezzo alla strada, in piedi, senza un gabbiotto, zero privacy, ed il risultato viene sbandierato ai 4 venti così che tutti i presenti possano sentire per bene.
