Abbiamo noleggiato la barca dalla 10:30 alle 14:30 al costo di 160€ per mezza giornata come da listino ma non essendo navigatori esperti abbiamo fatto male i calcoli di rientro e, verso le 14, abbiamo avvisato che avremmo probabilmente tardato rendendoci disponibili a pagare l’eventuale ora scattata; la signorina ci ha tranquillizzato dicendo che la barca le sarebbe servita alle 15 e fortunatamente il rientro è stato alle 14:55 con 25 minuti di ritardo così all’arrivo in ufficio sorpresa delle sorprese (neanche Spielberg avrebbe pensato un finale peggiore) la gentile e premurosa receptionist ci ha comunicato che avremmo dovuto pagare altre 160€ così come previsto da contratto. Abbiamo insistito dicendo che comunque la barca l’hanno noleggiata ai clienti successivi e loro non ci avevano rimesso nulla ma da buoni squali hanno incassato la nostra tariffa doppia cioè 320€ in aggiunta la tariffa del noleggio successivo e per non parlare della benzina al costo di 2,1€ al litro. Morale della favola Nausicaa è riuscita a noleggiare la barca 3 volte in un giorno quando il listino prevede massimo 2 volte: dei veri maghi! Non ho veramente nessun motivo se non quello di descrivere quello che è successo e mettere in guardia eventuali futuri clienti che sicuramente la società di noleggio smentirà il tutto avendone tutto l’interesse. We rented the boat from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm at a cost of € 160 for half a day as per the price list, but since we were not experienced navigators, we made the return calculations badly and, around 2 pm, we advised that we would probably be late making ourselves available to pay any time taken; the young lady reassured us by saying that the boat would be served at 3 pm and fortunately the return was at 2.55 pm with 25 minutes of delay so when she arrived in the office, she was surprised by the surprises (not even Spielberg would have thought a worse ending) attentive receptionist told us that we would have to pay another € 160 as per contract. We insisted that in any case the boat rented it to subsequent customers and they had given us nothing but from good sharks they collected our double tariff, that is 320 € in addition to the rate of the next rental and not to mention the petrol at the cost of € 2.1 per liter. Moral of the story Nausicaa managed to rent the boat 3 times in a day when the price list provides for a maximum of 2 times: real magicians! I really have no reason other than to describe what happened and warn any future customers that the rental company will surely deny everything, having all the interest.
