Ho riscontrato solo il problema di riparare gli occhiali, proprio a causa del rapido ricambio dei modelli, i pezzi di ricambio a volte non sono più disponibili. The glasses are beautiful and trendy, both for sunglasses and prescription glasses. the store is small, compared to other stores in the same chain, the glasses are all perfectly exposed and accessible even by people with disabilities. I l mio giudizio pessimo e nei confronti della società o di coloro che danno disposizioni al personale. Ho acquistato un paio di occhiali da vista ed ho optato affinché fossero lenti transition. Ho dato un acconto ed ho atteso. Oggi mi riferivano che tali occhiali erano arrivati. Premetto che il costo complessivo è di 280,00Euro. Gli occhiali mi venivano consegnati privi di custodia e che avrei dovuta acquistarla. Visto il mio dissento e disappunto il personale contattava un responsabile il quale per “ Gentile concessione omaggiava tale custodia “ Devo affermare che se non avessi dato l'anticipo sarei andato via lasciando gli occhiali. Vorrei riferire a coloro che danno queste disposizioni che la definizioni di custodia è riferita a poter custodire gli occhiali. Se dovessi aver bisogno di altri occhiali sicuramente non entrò più in questa catena di negozi I would like to commend the attentive and caring staff towards customers. c	claudio pirola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato un paio di occhiali circa 2 mesi dopo un settimana me li hanno consegnati, senza custodia da comprare a parte e chiesto cordino per metterli al collo ma anche quello a pagamento e fino a qui va be. Ma il problema principale è che le lenti si sono già rovinate e mi è stato detto che non si può fare nulla. Premetto occhiali sempre al collo e faccio commesso quindi lavoro semplice e fatto uso per 3 anni occhiali da lettura in vendita in edicola e mai rovinato una lente. Bravi a spingere quando c'è da vendere ma quando chiedi assistenza non possono fare nulla. Mai più negozi NAU.
