The shop itself would also be nice and well-stocked, but the young shop assistants, in my opinion unfriendly, there is no risk that they will make you smile

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A prima vista disponibili e gentili, ma di fatto mancano completamente di serietà e professionalità. Il titolare si fa negare continuamente. Ho acquistato due tartarughe maschio e femmina, ma invece dopo un anno sono risultate essere due maschi. Non solo mi hanno gentilmente fatto capire che era un problema mio, ma non mi hanno nemmeno fornito i contatti dell'allevamento da cui le tartarughe provenivano, allevamento che sembra non esistere da nessuna parte. Non siamo gli unici a cui sono stati rifilati entrambi esemplari maschi. che facciano apposta perché sperano di vendere successivamente due femmine?!? Da evitare come la peste!!!
At first glance available and kind, but in fact they completely lack seriousness and professionalism. The owner is continually denied. I bought two male and female turtles, but after a year they turned out to be two males. Not only did they kindly let me know it was my problem, but they didn't even give me the contact details of the farm the turtles came from, which seems to exist nowhere. We are not the only ones to whom both males have been trimmed. that they do it on purpose because they hope to sell two females later?!? To be avoided like the plague !!!

Store well stocked but the staff was very hasty and superficial in the explanations relating to the care of the purchased animal.
