La problematica del parcheggio in orario di punta è evidente ma, il sentirsi apostrofato da un mastro lindo totalmente incapace di relazionarsi alla clientela mantenendo un minimo di professionalità non giustifica il fatto di trattare una persona con ignoranza. Comprendo la difficoltà della gestione della situazione, il suonare incessantemente delle automobili in coda, la stanchezza lavorativa, ma non tollero l'ignoranza. Nonostante tutto mi sono sempre trovato bene da voi (sopratutto per la gentilezza di un ragazzo con il cappello, sempre disposto a dare una mano ed estremamente professionale) ma, dopo quest'ultima visita penso proprio che non tornerò più (sopratutto per i prezzi totalmente fuori mercato dovuti semplicemente alla posizione, cosa che è sempre stata sublimata dalla gentilezza che è venuta a mancare oggi). After several years in which I have been a loyal customer of this place I find myself having to give only one star. The problem of parking during peak hours is evident but feeling addressed by a neat master totally unable to relate to customers while maintaining a minimum of professionalism does not justify treating a person with ignorance. I understand the difficulty of managing the situation, the incessant ringing of cars in the queue, the tiredness of work, but I do not tolerate ignorance. In spite of everything, I have always felt comfortable with you (especially for the kindness of a guy with a hat, always willing to help and extremely professional) but, after this last visit I really think that I will never return (especially for the prices totally out of business simply due to location, which has always been sublimated by the kindness that has ceased to exist today).
