Un luogo veramente incantevole, dove siamo stati accolti e trattati con gentilezza e disponibilità da parte di tutto lo staff. Ci siamo rilassati in una Spa meravigliosa e ben attrezzata e subito dopo abbiamo gustato l'ottima qualità dei cibi.. We spent a weekend just as they had imagined. A truly enchanting place, where we were welcomed and treated with kindness and availability by all the staff. We relaxed in a wonderful and well equipped Spa and immediately afterwards we enjoyed the excellent quality of the food ..

Sulla qualità dei servizi alberghieri non posso esprimer alcuna valutazione personale, in quanto non ho soggiornato nella struttura. Sembra un bel posto, ma è solo una mia percezione. I had the opportunity to dine twice at the National Park Hotel & Spa. Fine dining. Commendable. I cannot express any personal evaluation of the quality of the hotel services, as I have not stayed in the structure. It looks like a nice place, but it's just my perception.
D	Debora on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location molto carina e arredamento raffinato, camere pulite e spaziose, ma poco illuminate... camerieri e barman cordialissimi. Per quanto riguarda la spa, location da favola se non fosse che sembra di stare in una fiera visto il numero eccessivo di persone, inclusi bambini, quindi non è un ambiente rilassante...inoltre durante il mio soggiorno, io e molti altri ospiti abbiamo rischiato di soffocare nella piscina/idromassaggio a causa dell'eccessiva quantità di cloro utilizzata, io come altre persone ci siamo sentite male e il responsabile della zona spa ci ha consigliato di fare una doccia di 3 minuti visto che ha capito la gravità della situazione, oltre a questo spiacevole inconveniente, il voto pessimo è dettato dalla mancanza totale di attenzione al cliente da parte della direttrice dell'Hotel che una volta fatto presente il problema, visto che non siamo riusciti a completare il percorso per il quale avevamo profumatamente pagato, ha semplicemente risposto: vi rifarete la prossima volta... beh direi che non ci sarà sicuramente una prossima volta. Per il resto è stato un soggiorno piacevole grazie all'animazione presente la sera, cena al ristorante sufficiente. As for the spa, a fabulous location if it were not for the fact that it seems to be in a fair given the excessive number of people, including children, so it is not a relaxing environment ... moreover during my stay, I and many other guests have risked suffocating in the pool / whirlpool due to the excessive amount of chlorine used, I like other people felt bad and the manager of the spa area advised us to take a 3-minute shower as he understood the seriousness of the situation, in addition to this unpleasant inconvenience, the bad rating is dictated by the total lack of attention to the customer on the part of the hotel manager that once he pointed out the problem, since we were unable to complete the path for which we had paid handsomely, he simply replied: you will do it again next time ... well I would say that there will certainly not be a next time. For the rest it was a pleasant stay thanks to the animation present in the evening, dinner at the restaurant sufficient.

Cibo ottimo. Personale gentile, professionale e disponibile a soddisfare tutte le richieste, come quella di consentirci l'utilizzo riservato della spa: una super coccola di relax! Piccola pecca il doppio materasso singolo invece che matrimoniale... Giusto rapporto qualità-prezzo. Sicuramente un'esperienza da ripetere!!! A presto! G	Giovanni Caraibico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soggiorno spettacolare Con la mia ragazza abbiamo scelto il percorso Fuga in montagna che prevedeva: centro benessere, cena, pernottamento e prima colazione. Il centro benessere a dir poco spettacolare, con diversi percorsi da fare, e con una bellissima piscina dove puoi rilassarti facendo una nuotata oppure con l'idromassaggio. 120 minuti che ahimè passano troppo velocemente quando ti rilassi bene. La cena eccezionale con diverse scelte di primo, secondo e contorno, concludendo con la frutta. Il personale molto gentile e attento alle esigenze. Una nota positiva anche riguardo alle mascherine e guanti, che portavano in modo corretto e stavano attenti al distanziamento. Tornati in camera, e dire camera è molto riduttivo perché era molto spaziosa e comoda per due persone, ci siamo rilassati sul letto e nel mentre fuori nevicava, uno spettacolo della natura. La mattina dopo sotto ci aspettava una bella colazione a buffet ricca di cornetto, crostate fatte da loro, succhi di frutti, fette biscottate e tanto altro. Che dire, è stato davvero ottimo, dall'inizio alla fine! Lo consiglio tanto per chi si vuole rilassare e staccare un po' la spina dalla vita quotidiana Spectacular stay With my girlfriend we chose the Escape in the mountains route which included: wellness center, dinner, overnight stay and breakfast. The wellness center is nothing short of spectacular, with different paths to do, and with a beautiful swimming pool where you can relax by taking a swim or with the whirlpool. 120 minutes that alas go by too quickly when you relax well. The exceptional dinner with different choices of first, second and side dish, ending with fruit. The staff were very polite and attentive to your needs. A positive note also regarding the masks and gloves, which they wore correctly and were careful of spacing. Back in the room, and to say room is very simplistic because it was very spacious and comfortable for two people, we relaxed on the bed and while it was snowing outside, a spectacle of nature. The next morning a nice buffet breakfast was waiting for us, full of croissants, pies made by them, fruit juices, rusks and much more. What can I say, it was really great, from start to finish! I highly recommend it for those who want to relax and unplug from everyday life
