★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima struttura per essere solamente un 3 stelle, camera sempre calda e soprattutto pulita. Colazione ottima, molta scelta di prodotti. Personale super accogliente soprattutto la reception e la sala per quanto riguarda la colazione. Molto consigliato per chi vuole passare un bel weekend tra la neve.
 Excellent structure for being only a 3-star, room always warm and above all clean. Excellent breakfast, a lot of choice of products. Super welcoming staff especially the reception and the breakfast room. Highly recommended for those who want to spend a nice weekend in the snow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anche se la struttura è d altri tempi ormai trascorsi è stato importante vedere la volontà e l amore con cui tutto lo staff cura e cerca di accontentare tutti i clienti presenti in hotel ed al ristorante. Le pietanze cucinate sono state tutte ottime ,le carni fresche e ben cucinate,il personale di sala squisito e con tanto interesse a curare l ospite, cosa importante per noi che abbiamo una persona celiaca in famiglia è stato vedere con che cura sono state curate tutte le pietanze senza glutine.In una parola ottimo e un grazie particolare alla Signora Silvia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soggiorno di 3 giorni a Dicembre con amici e famiglia. Hotel in un'ottimo punto. Spazioso. Personale gentile. Stile un po' datato.
Cibo molto buono, ma forse troppo generosi nelle porzioni. Sarebbe bello poter assaggiare tutto, ma in piccole quantità! È stato un peccato lasciare del cibo nel piatto, ma era impossibile - purtroppo- mandare tutto giù, nonostante fosse buono.
L'estetica interna ed esterna dell'hotel potrebbe ricevere qualche cura in più, ma non è la cosa principale! Ci si sente come a casa ☺️
Letti singoli un po' scomodi, con cuscini duri. Comunque si sta bene. Pulito e caldo.
3-day stay in December with friends and family. Hotel in a very good spot. Spacious. Friendly staff. A little dated style.
Very good food, but perhaps too generous in portions. It would be nice to be able to taste everything, but in small quantities! It was a shame to leave some food on the plate, but it was impossible - unfortunately - to get it all down, even though it was good.
The interior and exterior aesthetics of the hotel could get some extra care, but that's not the main thing! It feels like home ☺️
Slightly uncomfortable single beds with firm pillows. However it feels good. Clean and warm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bhé che dire ogni parola sarebbe il nulla al confronto della magnifica vacanza! Posto incantevole stanze comode caldissime e soprattutto ben pulite, la cucina ottima ogni giorno un menù diverso e di buon gusto siamo rimasti veramente molto stupiti della grande professionalità e gentilezza da parte di tutto lo staff! ( insolito per quando riguarda la professionalità e il trattamento che offrono in Sila )Poi il villaggio è molto attrezzato ogni giorno abbiamo fatto tante cose diverse dal giro in quad ai go-cart alla pista di pattinaggio sul ghiaccio tutto auper! Abbiamo trascorso il weekend di fine anno incluso cenone di capodanno ed è stato come trascorrere le feste in famiglia...Grazie di cuore ci rivedremo presto! Silvia ♥️
Well, saying every word would be nothing compared to a magnificent holiday! Lovely place, comfortable rooms, very warm and above all very clean, excellent cuisine every day a different and tasteful menu we were really amazed by the great professionalism and kindness of all the staff! (unusual when it comes to the professionalism and the treatment they offer in Sila) Then the village is very well equipped every day we did many different things from the quad ride to the go-carts to the auper ice rink! We spent the New Year's Eve weekend including New Year's Eve dinner and it was like spending family celebrations ... Thank you so much we will see you again soon! Silvia ♥ ️
