Per l'acquisto che ho fatto niente da dire anche perché non è un loro marchio, tutto rimane senza offendere nessuno, è il mio parere.
I had only one experience, I don't think I have another one. I felt cheated and even blackmailed, perhaps the real owner is not aware of who is selling on his behalf.
For the purchase I did nothing to say also because it is not their brand, everything remains without offending anyone, it is my opinion.

Poco professionali, ed uso questo terminologia in quanto un cliente anche per una semplice informazione non può attendere un'ora, considerando che ero solo io ad aspettare.
As a first experience bad impression, I went in for information about a purchase, I was put on hold for about an hour without any information. Unprofessional, and I use this terminology as a customer, even for simple information, cannot wait an hour, considering that it was just me waiting.
