Penso proprio ad una truffa dato che non rispondono al telefono, sono evasivi con le mail di assistenza che hanno la risposta automatica e quindi non mi resta che fare denuncia. Avrei dovuto regalare la maglietta il 15 e ora???? I placed an order for 52 euros on February 3rd and now it's 14 and I haven't received anything yet. I really think of a scam since they don't answer the phone, they are evasive with the assistance emails that have the automatic answer and so I just have to make a complaint. I should have given the shirt 15 and now ????

Ho sollecitato più volte in quanto le maglie mi servono entro il 18 ottobre ma l’unica cosa che mi hanno detto è che avrebbero preparato la spedizione il prima possibile. Ho chiesto di essere contattato per telefono ma niente. Adesso ho chiesto l’annullamento dell’ordine e la restituzione dei soldi... vediamo che succede. Sconsiglio a tutti questo negozio on line. Davvero una pessima esperienza. Order of 2 shirts placed on 8 October, today 17 October has not yet started. I have urged several times as I need the jerseys by 18 October but the only thing they told me is that they would prepare the shipment as soon as possible. I asked to be contacted by phone but nothing. Now I have asked for the cancellation of the order and the return of the money ... let's see what happens. I do not recommend this online shop to everyone. A really bad experience.
S	Salvatore Di Fusco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Breve storia triste: nel lontano 2017 acquisto un pantaloncino da mare del Napoli che avrebbe dovuto cambiare colore immergendolo in acqua presso il centro commerciale Campania a Caserta. Purtroppo ho un problema (dopo due giorni il colore non cambiava più) e scrivo a e-Napolistore che mi rispondono dispiacendosi dell'accaduto e riconoscendomi in omaggio le spese di spedizione sul prossimo acquisto. A dicembre 2019 acquisto un prodotto sullo store e dimentico della promo ricevuta. In occasione del Black Friday 2020 stavo per acquistare altri due oggetti e chiedo di usufruire dello sconto della spedizione. Inoltro la mail ricevuta, ma nessuno mi risponde. Decido di contattarli su whatsapp e dopo svariati messaggi non ne veniamo a capo perchè mi chiedono un fantomatico numero d'ordine per riconoscermi lo sconto. Alla fine mi contattato telefonicamente spiegandomi che il prodotto acquistato nel 2017 non era stato venduto da loro e che la collega (che ovviamente non lavorava più con loro) si era sbagliata a comunicarmi delle spese di spedizione gratuite. Che dire?...classico esempio di come perdere un cliente per non rispettare le promesse mantenute (sia pure per errore a detta loro). Personalmente con lo sconto della spedizione (che credo costi meno di 8€ a loro) avrei accontentato e fidelizzato un cliente vendendo oltretutto altri due oggetti. A brief sad story: back in 2017 I bought a Napoli swim shorts that should have changed color by immersing it in water at the Campania shopping center in Caserta. Unfortunately I have a problem (after two days the color did not change anymore) and I write to e-Napolistore who reply to me regretting what happened and giving me free shipping costs on the next purchase. In December 2019 I purchase a product on the store and forget the promo received. On the occasion of Black Friday 2020 I was about to buy two more items and ask to take advantage of the shipping discount. I forward the received email, but no one answers me. I decide to contact them on whatsapp and after several messages we do not come to the head because they ask me for an elusive order number to recognize the discount. In the end I contacted me by phone explaining that the product purchased in 2017 had not been sold by them and that the colleague (who obviously no longer worked with them) was wrong to tell me about the free shipping costs. What can I say? ... classic example of how to lose a customer for not respecting the promises kept (albeit by mistake according to them). Personally, with the shipping discount (which I believe costs less than € 8 to them) I would have satisfied and loyal a customer by selling two other items.
