La testiera in ecopelle del nostro letto ha cominciato a sgretolarsi dopo 3 anni.
Non pensavo di comprare mobili che restano a vita come quelli dei miei genitori ma se lo sapevo compravo IKEA. Almeno risparmiavo.
 Brand that should be of quality.
The faux leather headboard of our bed began to crumble after 3 years.
I did not think of buying furniture that remain in life as those of my parents, but I knew if I would buy IKEA. At least I saved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi si è rotto un tassello reggimensola di un armadio Napol (comprato una quindicina di anni fa e ancora perfetto nonostante 2 traslochi effettuati). Dopo aver girato 6/7 di ferramenta a Milano (ho inviato anche un mio conoscente a Meda dove vi è un grandissimo ferramenta specializzato in ricambi per mobilieri) senza reperirne di uguali o simili, ho chiamato la ditta Napol chiedendo se per caso ne avessero ancora qualcuno in magazzino: tempo 2 giorni lavorativi mi hanno recapitato in ufficio 12 tasselli nuovi, senza nenneno addebitarmi le spese del corriere. AZIENDA SERISSIMA!!!!!!!!
I broke a shelf bracket of a Napol wardrobe (bought about fifteen years ago and still perfect despite 2 removals). After having toured 6/7 of hardware stores in Milan (I also sent an acquaintance of mine to Meda where there is a huge hardware store specialized in spare parts for furniture makers) without finding the same or similar ones, I called the Napol company asking if by chance they still had them. someone in the warehouse: in 2 working days they delivered 12 new pieces to the office, without nenneno charging me the courier costs. SERIOUS COMPANY !!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima azienda ho ordinato un soggiorno nei primi di giugno e ancora non sono capaci di farmi sapere quando consegneranno il tutto. Senza pensare che ancora non posso godermi la mia nuova casa considerato che aspetto il soggiorno per montare la TV che ho acquistato. Vorrei valutare certamente delle azioni legali per i danni e problemi personali che mi stanno generando, E' una vergogna quello che sta accadendo, ho acquistato una cucina dalla LUBE e mi è stata consegnata in 45 gg. dall'ordine, e penso che in una cucina di ferramenta, componentistica ed elettrodomestici ce ne sia ben di più.
Bad company I ordered a stay in early June and they still can't let me know when they will deliver. Without thinking that I still cannot enjoy my new home considering that I am waiting for the living room to mount the TV I bought. I would certainly like to evaluate legal actions for the damages and personal problems that are causing me. It is a shame what is happening, I bought a kitchen from LUBE and it was delivered to me in 45 days. from the order, and I think that in a kitchen of hardware, components and appliances there is much more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato ad agosto comò e comodini napol h2o, dovevano arrivare a novembre poi hanno posticipato a febbraio e ora dicono di aspettare ancora e non si sa quando? ??.
I ordered napol h2o chest of drawers and bedside tables in August, they were supposed to arrive in November then they postponed it to February and now they say to wait again and you don't know when? ??.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ritardo nella consegna di quasi 4 mesi e continuano a rimandare la consegna a tempo indefinito. Alla fine ho deciso di annullare l'ordine. Non è accettabile questo comportamento.
Almost 4 months late in delivery and they keep postponing delivery indefinitely. I finally decided to cancel the order. This behavior is not acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossibile contattarli. Non rispondono né al telefono né alle pec. Merce ordinata ad ottobre e ad oggi non si sa che fine abbia fatto. Sconsiglio vivamente di perdere tempo con questa ditta.
Impossible to contact them. They do not answer either the phone or the pec. Goods ordered in October and to date it is not known what happened to it. I strongly advise against wasting time with this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Camera da letto ordinata a Giugno. A dicembre mi garantiscono la consegna entro Gennaio. Pochi giorni fa inviano una mail dichiarando di non essere in grado di fornire una data precisa ma sicuramente non prima dei prossimi 100 giorni. Professionalità paro a zero. Non hanno avuto nemmeno la decenza di esser chiari ma hanno preferito di portare avanti questa situazione assurda costringendomi ora, dopo oltre sei mesi, a dover cercare una nuova camera da letto. SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE.
Bedroom ordered in June. In December they guarantee me delivery by January. A few days ago they send an email stating that they are unable to provide a precise date but certainly not before the next 100 days. Professionalism equal to zero. They didn't even have the decency to be clear but they preferred to carry on this absurd situation forcing me now, after more than six months, to have to look for a new bedroom. I STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND.
