Non faccio quasi mai recensioni, per pigrizia e perchè spesso sono tentata a farne solo quando qualcosa va storto. Sono andata prima di Natale, sarà stata la mano di Antonella oppure i prodotti che non conoscevo , comunque le unghie sono ancora perfette! Grazie!
 Hi, I was intrigued by the photos on Instagram of this new nail reconstruction center. I hardly ever do reviews, out of laziness and because I'm often tempted to only do reviews when something goes wrong. I went before Christmas, it must have been Antonella's hand or the products I did not know, however the nails are still perfect! Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto gentile e competente, da quando ho scoperto questo centro dopo averne provati tanti, dove le mie manicure non duravano, adesso non lo cambierei con nessuno, qualità dei prodotti ottima, sull’ igiene e pulizia in salone, niente da dire !! Attrezzatura sigillata, si vede che è super sterilizzata! Ragazze simpatiche e gentilissimi!
Very kind and competent staff, since I discovered this center after having tried so many, where my manicures didn't last, now I wouldn't exchange it with anyone, excellent product quality, hygiene and cleanliness in the salon, nothing to say !! Sealed equipment, it shows that it is super sterilized! Nice and very kind girls!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo prenotato in questo centro perché Uala me lo aveva proposto al prezzo promozionale di 16,90 euro. Una volta effettuata la manicure, l'operatrice in fase di pagamento ha selezionato il mio appuntamento e mi ha fatto pagare 30 euro (quasi il doppio!!) modificando il prezzo sul tablet davanti ai miei occhi (quindi lo aveva visto che avevo prenotato con il prezzo scontato), ma non dicendomi assolutamente niente in merito al cambio di prezzo. Successivamente mi ha contattato il proprietario del negozio che si è scusato per il disguido spiegandomi cosa era successo e offrendomi di fare la prossima manicure gratis, per compensare quanto avevo pagato, cosa che ho decisamente apprezzato.
Purtroppo sia la prima che la seconda volta, dopo neanche una settimana, lo smalto ha iniziato a scheggiarsi su buona parte delle dita.
I had booked in this center because Uala had offered it to me at the promotional price of 16.90 euros. Once the manicure was done, the operator during the payment phase selected my appointment and charged me 30 euros (almost double !!) by changing the price on the tablet in front of my eyes (so she had seen it that I had booked with the discounted price), but telling me absolutely nothing about the price change. Then the shop owner contacted me and apologized for the inconvenience, explaining what had happened and offering me the next free manicure to compensate for what I had paid, which I definitely appreciated.
Unfortunately both the first and the second time, after less than a week, the enamel began to chip on most of the fingers.

Il negozio è piuttosto piccolo e non particolarmente pulito.
Rapporto qualità - prezzo scarso, rispetto ai saloni fiorentini più rinomati.
First time for me. The semi permanent hand polish lasted just 10 days. Too bad, I had decided to trust this place, enticed by the numerous positive reviews.
The shop is quite small and not particularly clean.
Poor quality - price ratio, compared to the most renowned Florentine salons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima volta da loro: la ragazza è stata puntuale anche perché ero la prima della giornata; buoni i prodotti utilizzati (Orly, Passione Unghie) e intelligente lo stratagemma di fare l'acrygel invece del gel tradizionale, visto che il clima è ancora caldo. Disponibilità e simpatia di Antonella che mi ha dato qualche piccolo consiglio per quando mi faccio il gel da sola a casa. Il locale è piccolo con due postazioni divise da una barriera morbida ma spessa di plastica (tipo tenda). Strumenti sterilizzati e imbustati, forse potrebbe essere più arruffianata la postazione con fornetti ripuliti da qualche schizzo di prodotto e stessa cosa per il muro laterale alla postazione (in questo caso dev'essere il titolare a prevedere qualche protezione).
Suggerisco solo di prendere appuntamenti di due ore e non di un'ora e mezza quando si tratta di una seduta di gel mani, per non accumulare ritardo e permettere quelle piccolissime rifiniture che farebbero dare anche 5 stelle.
Ad ogni modo la competenza di Antonella c'è tutta, è solo questione di trovare il giusto compromesso fra l'agenda degli appuntamenti e la massima attenzione al cliente.
Ci tornerei comunque una seconda volta.
First time with them: the girl was punctual also because I was the first of the day; the products used are good (Orly, Passion Nails) and the clever trick of making acrygel instead of the traditional gel, given that the climate is still hot. Availability and sympathy of Antonella who gave me some little advice for when I make the gel alone at home. The venue is small with two stations divided by a soft but thick plastic barrier (tent type). Sterilized and wrapped instruments, perhaps the workstation could be more ruffled with ovens cleaned by some product sketches and the same thing for the side wall to the workstation (in this case it must be the owner to provide some protection).
I only suggest making appointments of two hours and not an hour and a half when it comes to a hand gel session, in order not to accumulate delay and to allow those very small finishes that would even give 5 stars.
In any case, Antonella's competence is all there, it's just a matter of finding the right compromise between the agenda of appointments and the utmost attention to the customer.
I would go back a second time anyway.
