Warm and welcoming restaurant, the owner is very kind. Typical local cuisine with products at km 0 nothing short of very good. Very fair prices and super quality. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ultima cena a Isernia. Anche questo è un ottimo ristorante. Prezzi leggermente più basso della media. Porzioni molto generose, servizio cordiale ma forse un filo troppo rilassato.
Le alici fritte squisite. Parmigiana perfetta anche se un pizzico di sale in più l'avrebbe resa perfetta. Calamaro (davvero) gigante alla griglia molto buono e caciocavallo con tartufo sciolto in tegame davvero ottimo.
Eravamo troppo pieni per il dolce. Mezzo litro di vino e acqua per un totale di 54€

Last supper in Isernia. This is also a great restaurant. Prices slightly lower than average. Very generous portions, friendly service but perhaps a little too relaxed.
The fried anchovies are delicious. Perfect Parmigiana even if an extra pinch of salt would have made it perfect. Very good (really) grilled giant squid and caciocavallo with truffle melted in a really good pan.
We were too full for dessert. Half a liter of wine and water for a total of 54 €

Great food at a very reasonable price.
One if our best memories on our visit to Isernia will always be the lunch we experienced at Mabucco Osteria Verdi which found to be as good as anything we experienced in Rome.
