Conosco decine di trialisti..ce ne fosse uno che ne parla bene... Dishonest and arrogant ... you pay and do not receive all the requested goods. G	Gianguido Sarasini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che il commercio online è il mio lavoro, spedendo anche 2000 ordini al giorno conosco perfettamente le problematiche ed è proprio per questo che mi sento non tanto di sgridare o insegnare, ma di dare un paio di consigli, gratis che sono tanta roba oggi come oggi: 1) Quando un cliente chiama al telefono e chiede informazioni, essere sbrigativi da un'idea di poco interesse nella problematica grande o piccola che sia, ma il nostro lavoro è prima capire, poi risolvere e se possibile vendere, oggi un pezzo da 5 euro domani da 500 o 5000, un cliente acquisito è un valore, negli anni enorme e chi fa ecommerce lo sa. 2) Se si mette il numero WA e poi non si risponde la prima volta passi, può succedere, ma la seconda a fronte anche del "baffo" verde diventa disinteresse, ormai avevo ordinato ma se avessi potuto tornare indietro avrei cancellato l'ordine. 3) Le recensioni "spinte" sono evidenti e ridicole, meglio evitarle, se si lavora bene non servono. 4) Il mondo dell'ecommerce non è più come una volta, richiede cura, cura, cura e ancora cura, il premio clienti a vita, ma se si pensa che proprio perchè non c'è il contatto si possa fare un pò come si vuole si compie un errore gravissimo, è proprio perchè non c'è contatto che si deve essere ancora più maniacali nel servizio. Metto tre stelle, un giudizio neutro, con l'obbiettivo di portarlo a 5, Forza! Detto ciò auguro un buon lavoro, con amore verso i clienti.......
