★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio clienti INESISTENTE. Perdono gli ordini, dicono di non averli ricevuti (ho notifica di consegna e lettura). Tempi biblici per la ricezione dell' ordine e soprattutto non c' è assistenza!!!!!!!!! Risponde un centralino e non c'è mai una persona di riferimento e se ci sono problemi nemmeno il centralino ha un numero diretto per parlare con l' azienda o l' ufficio degli ordini/spedizioni. Assurdo nel 2020
NON-EXISTING customer service. They lose orders, they say they have not received them (I have delivery and reading notification). Biblical times for the reception of the order and above all there is no assistance !!!!!!!!! A switchboard answers and there is never a contact person and if there are problems even the switchboard does not have a direct number to speak to the company or the order / shipping office. Absurd in 2020

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In famiglia siamo tutti allergici perciò sono anni che prendo antistaminici, ho provato a sostituire l'originale con il generico cetirizina da loro prodotta, nulla da dire sugli effetti del farmaco, ma se devo risparmiare e poi ne butto la metà per i pessimi contagocce non ne vale proprio la pena. Tengo a precisare che non mi sono limitata a provarne solo uno, pensando al fatto che fosse difettoso. Ho fatto la segnalazione alla farmacia che ha comunicato all'azienda. A distanza di un anno ho riprovato ad acquistarlo constatando che nulla è cambiato, anzi ora il medicinale fa fatica anche a scendere a inizio confezione. Sconsiglio vivamente il prodotto.

I want to clarify that I didn't just try one, thinking that it was defective. I made the report to the pharmacy that communicated to the company. After a year, I tried to buy it again, noting that nothing has changed, even now the medicine is struggling even to get off at the beginning of the pack. I strongly advise against the product.

Della serie non ce ne po' fregá de meno... Mah!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buonasera, vi volevo comunicare che il contagocce del farmaco EN che io lo uso per problemi ernia cervicale , mi rilassa e mi toglie il dolore al collo non funziona, come il tappo che non si avvita, la sicurezza non funziona, io bambini nn ne ho, però mi si sono roveellsciate dentro la borsa . Di tutto questo l'ho fatto notare al mio farmacista che ha voluto indietro il flacone delle gocce, che in pratica una meta' ne ho buttate. Vi prego di sistemare il tutto grazie buona serata

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salve io uso le gocce frontal da un bel po'...ma è possibile che in tutte le confezioni il tappo è difettoso? Si chiude storto e tenendole in borsa le perdo tutte trovando tutto bagnato.....si può fare qualcosa?
Hi I have been using the frontal drops for quite a while ... but is it possible that in all the packages the cap is defective? It closes wrong and keeping them in the bag I lose them all finding everything wet ..... can anything be done?
