★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto riparare il vetro del mio P20 lite. Dopo un giorno era scollato (riparato male). Lo tengono un altro giorno, me lo ridanno e la mattina era scollato ancora. Lo riporto e mi dicono che forse la batteria è da cambiare, perché sarebbe gonfia. A quel punto vado a sentire da altro negozio, perché la batteria ha solo 1 anno (come il cellulare), che mi cambia il vetro, perché era montato male.
Spiego il tutto a My tech, che se ne frega e dice solo mi dispiace. Sconsiglio, quando avete un problema causato da loro, non rispondono e se ne fregano.
 I had the glass of my P20 lite repaired. After a day it was unglued (badly fixed). They keep it another day, they give it back to me and in the morning it was still unglued. I bring it back and they tell me that maybe the battery needs to be changed, because it would be swollen. At that point I go to hear from another shop, because the battery is only 1 year old (like the cell phone), that I change the glass, because it was badly mounted.
I explain everything to My tech, who doesn't care and just says I'm sorry. I advise against, when you have a problem caused by them, they don't respond and they don't care.
