Il personale del negozio è stato alquanto Cortese sorridente e ci ha consigliato quale tipologia di calzatura comperare . Non hanno consigliato la Calzatura più costosa ma quella che calzava meglio alla bimba . Local located in the center of Modena. Quite spacious with the sale of children's shoes. We purchased the first steps shoes for our little girl. The shop staff was somewhat courteous smiling and advised us which type of footwear to buy. They did not recommend the most expensive footwear but the one that best suited the girl.

Decisamente un grande assortimento di scarpe: quando ho avuto perticolari esigenze ho sempre trovato ciò che mi serviva, per cui ci vado spesso per i miei figli, ma anche per me! Prezzi medio-alti. Polite and prepared staff. Definitely a great assortment of shoes: when I had particular needs I always found what I needed, so I often go there for my children, but also for myself! Medium-high prices.

Abbiamo chiesto gentilmente un cambio, negatoci da un signore poco cordiale che, con fare inspiegabilmente freddo e distaccato, nonostante fossero trascorsi pochi giorni dall’acquisto, ha negato il cambio. Ricevuto il rifiuto siamo usciti dal negozio dispiaciuti e increduli. Il signore avrà sicuramente risparmiato un reso, ma ha perso sicuramente la simpatia di una famiglia già cliente e tutti i suoi futuri acquisti. Un gesto scortese e poco lungimirante per un commerciante. Meglio acquistare on line. Sui siti web dei marchi venduti da questo negozio, vengono garantite possibilità di reso (entro ben 30 giorni) molto elastiche e comode, ed i prezzi sono identici. Bad experience.
