Il rapporto one to one con l’istruttore ti permette un allenamento mirato e progressivo, confezionato su di te, senza perdite di tempo. La mente è più concentrata, il lavoro sul corpo completo, esci e ti senti veramente bene.
Friendly environment, competent and attentive instructors. For two weeks I have been training with the EVO workstation and the results are already visible. The one to one relationship with the instructor allows you a targeted and progressive training, packaged on you, without wasting time. The mind is more concentrated, the body work is complete, you go out and feel really good.
