Ordinato e dallo stile lineare, chiaro e al tempo stesso accogliente. La pulizia degli ambienti è impeccabile.
Una reception curata, con prodotti ben esposti.
Stefania e Dina propongono trattamenti adatti in quel momento a quel tipo di problematica, predisponendo il centro in modo tale da soddisfare le diverse richieste della clientela.
Hanno cura del benessere psicofisico dei propri clienti, e questo vi assicuro che si percepisce e loro sanno sicuramente come trasmetterlo.
Ottima la comunicazione Off Line e On Line.
(ho trovato molto utile e originale l'avviso tramite messaggio WhatsApp per ricordare le sedute Laser Diodo alla quale mi sono sottoposta ottenendo risultati soddisfacenti).
La capacità delle titolari e di tutto lo staff di adattarsi e di mettersi in sintonia con il cliente attraverso la cordialità, la gentilezza, il linguaggio e la professionalità creano l'approccio giusto.
Per concludere, e per quanto mi riguarda, l'mportanza del prezzo scende quando sale la qualità del servizio.

Stefania and Dina propose treatments suitable at that time for that type of problem, arranging the center in such a way as to satisfy the different requests of customers.
They take care of the psychophysical well-being of their customers, and I assure you that it is perceived and they certainly know how to transmit it.
Excellent Off Line and On Line communication.
(I found the warning via WhatsApp message very useful and original to remember the Laser Diode sessions I underwent, obtaining satisfactory results).
The ability of the owners and all the staff to adapt and to get in tune with the customer through friendliness, kindness, language and professionalism create the right approach.
