Delusa umanamente! A questo punto sarebbe più gentile affiggere un avviso alla vetrina e dire che siete indisponibili.....giusto per non dare l'idea che la vs scelta se accettare o no il nuovo arrivato sia determinata da reazioni palesemente empatiche! Cmq auguri e lunga vita ai vs fissi clienti pelosi! I share the previous experience mentioned, not accepting new potential customers is really contrary to every commercial rule ... At this point it would be more polite to post a notice in the window and say that you are unavailable ..... just not to give the idea that your choice whether to accept or not the newcomer is determined by clearly empathic reactions!
