If you can visit, spend some time here and learn how to recognize true balsamic vinegar and not get duped when buying it.

To find out how exactly Balsamic Vinegar is made and that it can only come from this ONE region in the entire world is just incredible. The curators at the museum went so far above anything that you could even imagine to answer questions that I had and trust me it was a lot of them. I can not say enough good things about this visit and what information that was given to me. If you are in Modena you need to stop by here for sure!
