★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you think you know what Balsamico is, think again. The actual taste of it here is no where near that of off-the-shelf ones. You have got to try this for yourself to understand. I reckon travelers to purchase the food tour of bologna. It's little pricy but worth it.

They not only gave us a wonderful tour in english, but also offered us a great aperitif of parmesan cheese, ciccioli, bensone, lambrusco and ice cream with balsamic vinegar. They sell an amazing and truly genuine product, true to the Modenese family traditions. I whole heartedly recommend it!
