Gestito da un'associazione culturale di cui il figlio fa parte che con entusiasmo si offre da guida ed è in grado di appassionare alle scoperte anche il semplice visitatore che non è esperto della materia. Presente all'interno anche una pinacoteca dove sono raccolte le opere di artisti di Palena. Assolutamente da visitare! Nelle vicinanze il centro visita dell'orso bruno, molto bello e con personale disponibile e preparato, che ospita e aiuta animali che non possono essere reintrodotti in natura. La prenotazione al centro orsi è necessaria per poter organizzare i gruppi e saper fare silenzio è ancor più necessario. Beautiful country equipped with everything that can serve the tourist. Servizi: bookshop, biblioteca, videoteca, sala di apprendimento per bambini “Geologiocando” e per le scuole medie superiori (strumentazione scientifica a disposizione).
