D	Dario on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luogo ameno con esposizioni interessanti della vita rurale dell'Emilia della prima metà del secolo passato. Bello per una visita e trascorrere un pomeriggio rilassante. A pleasant place with interesting displays of rural life in Emilia in the first half of the past century. Nice for a visit and a relaxing afternoon.

Parco e museo molto curati e davvero interessanti. Presenti molti macchinari con foto annesse per agevolare anche i più piccoli a capire il funzionamento e sopratutto la vita delle persone che lavoravano i campi. A mio figlio di 5 anni è piaciuto tantissimo. Luogo ideale per una gita didattica fuori porta. Ci torneremo sicuramente In a magnificent park of a manor house there is this fantastic museum on life in the fields in the 19th and early 20th centuries. Very well-kept and really interesting park and museum. There are many machines with attached photos to facilitate even the little ones to understand how it works and especially the life of the people who worked the fields. My 5 year old son loved it. Ideal place for an educational trip out of town. We will definitely be back

Oggetti agricoli esposti in parte all'aperto e altri nei vari edifici seguendo percorsi tematici. Interessante la vecchia ghiacciaia. Il parco contiene bellissime piante secolari e un laghetto che attualmente è in restauro. E pure apprezzabile il piccolo ristorante che serve ottime crescentine. Nice museum housed in an ancient villa with a beautiful park and a small educational farm. Agricultural objects partly exposed outdoors and others in the various buildings following thematic routes. The old icebox is interesting. The park contains beautiful old trees and a pond which is currently undergoing restoration. The small restaurant that serves excellent crescentine is also appreciable.

Utilissimo per farsi un'idea di quanto l'uomo sia ingegnoso e di quanto i nostri nonni e bisnonni abbiano faticato per sopravvivere e costruire un mondo più "facile" per noi .. Consigliato anche (soprattutto, direi) alle famiglie, per dialogare coi figli prendendo spunto da qualcosa di concreto...
C	Concettino Seragnoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A San Marino di Bentivoglio, in provincia di Bologna, esiste un posto incantevole: Villa SMERALDI all'interno di un meraviglioso Parco che ospita un museo unico nel suo genere, il MUSEO della CIVILTA' CONTADINA Con le sue collezioni ed esposizioni. La sua raccolta si e' costituita nel tempo per volonta' dei Contadini delle campagne di zona. La Villa, costruita nel corso dell'Ottocento, a pianterreno e' occupata da una grande cucina con ampio focolare; al piano nobile una sala sapientemente affrescata e spazi dedicati alla valorizzazione delle antiche arti tessili. Nel Parco , rappresentato da una vera e propria riserva di biodiversita', una fonte di geni a cui attingere per recuperare caratteri oggi scomparsi; si possono osservare : l'ex stalla, la ghiacciaia, la torre granaio, la colombaia, la folta vegetazione e un ponticello che attraversa un grazioso Laghetto. Un luogo dove ci si trova immersi nel passato "Contadino". In San Marino di Bentivoglio, in the province of Bologna, there is an enchanting place: Villa SMERALDI within a wonderful park that houses a unique museum of its kind, the MUSEUM of COUNTRY CIVILIZATION with its collections and exhibitions. Its collection was established over time by the will of the farmers of the area's countryside. The Villa, built during the nineteenth century, on the ground floor is occupied by a large kitchen with a large fireplace; on the main floor a wisely frescoed room and spaces dedicated to the enhancement of the ancient textile arts. In the Park, represented by a real reserve of biodiversity, a source of genes to draw on to recover characters that have disappeared today; you can see: the former stable, the ice-house, the granary tower, the dovecote, the thick vegetation and a bridge that crosses a pretty little lake. A place where you are immersed in the "Farmer" past.
G	Giulia V. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bentivoglio e Villa Smeraldi raccontano una storia; come i nostri antenati hanno vissuto e con tanto sforzo senza mezzi tecnologici se non quello che la natura stessa li ha donati e il modo in cui si sono saputi arrangiare per costruire tutto ciò che abbiamo visto in questo interessante Museo della Civiltà Contadina, posso dire che la mia visita al museo è stata inaspettata ma è rimasta una bella esperienza che consiglio a tutti le persone adulte, ragazzi, bambini; si organizzano anche visite guidate. Ogni stanza ben disposta e organizzata, bastava chiudere gli occhi per immaginare come hanno vissuto i nostri contadini e le loro famiglie. La persona che ci ha accolti è stata gentile e disponibile a spiegarci da dove iniziare il tour (anche se come ho detto prima era già tutto ben disposto). Se siete in zona andate a trovare questo meraviglioso Museo. Bentivoglio and Villa Smeraldi tell a story; how our ancestors lived and with so much effort without technological means other than what nature itself gave them and the way in which they managed to build everything we saw in this interesting Museum of Peasant Civilization, I can say that my visit to the museum was unexpected but it remained a beautiful experience that I recommend to all adults, teenagers, children; guided tours are also organized. Each room well arranged and organized, it was enough to close your eyes to imagine how our farmers and their families lived. The person who greeted us was kind and helpful in explaining where to start the tour (even if as I said before everything was already well arranged). If you are in the area go and find this wonderful museum.
