★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semplicemente grazie a chi ha voluto, vuole e vorrà questo luogo che raccoglie tutto lo scibile sul castagno. Il Signore di mezza età (di cui non ricordo il nome), con una passione che traspare da ogni sua parola, vi accompagnerà su tre piani di questo museo, mostrandovi strumenti di un tempo che furono, quando la povera civiltà contadina, utilizzava la preziosa pianta per la propria sopravvivenza. Una ricchezza del territorio della Garfagnana, inserita in un contesto da favola nel paesino di Colognora, in cui se nelle strade di pietra incontri qualcuno, è sicuramente un turista. Bellissima esperienza che consiglio a chiunque voglia respirare almeno per un pomeriggio, rallentando i ritmi.
Simply thanks to those who wanted, want and want this place that gathers all knowledge about the chestnut. The middle-aged Lord (whose name I can't remember), with a passion that shines through every word of his, will accompany you on three floors of this museum, showing you tools of the past that were, when the poor peasant civilization, used the precious plant for its own survival. A wealth of the Garfagnana area, inserted in a fairytale context in the village of Colognora, where if you meet someone in the stone streets, it is certainly a tourist. Beautiful experience that I recommend to anyone who wants to breathe at least for an afternoon, slowing down the pace.
