Sono arrivate in condizioni di salute eccellenti, con un apparato radicale vigoroso e una colonizzazione del substrato totale nelle piante più adulte e ben avanzata in quelle più giovani, che comunque presentano una radice forte che col tempo non avrà problemi a colonizzare l’interezza del substrato a disposizione. A chi fosse spaventato dall’idea che le piante possano patire il viaggio (come lo temevo io) suggerisco di non avere la minima preoccupazione, perchè il venditore si è impegnato a imballarle individualmente e con la massima cura, garantendo che fosse impossibile che venissero danneggiate o che soffrissero di mancanza d’acqua. Unica pecca: alcune delle piante, seppur giovanissime, hanno subito una potatura apicale, cosa che non era nei mia intenzione effettuare prima della prossima primavera. Detto ciò la valutazione nel complesso rimane eccellente: si tratta di un negozio in cui l’esperienza d’acquisto è sicura e da cui traspare una grande cura del venditore fin nel dettaglio. Le spese di spedizione possono apparire molto elevate in proporzione, ma sono del tutto giustificabili dalla rapidità dell’arrivo delle merci e dal loro perfetto stato di salute dopo il viaggio.
