It is the first museum in the world dedicated to the architecture, therapies and history of the fight against tuberculosis that has scattered the Alps with prestigious sanatorium structures built in various architectural styles and today the object of cultural promotion and capitalization. The museum collects documents, photos, medical instruments, projects of the sanatoriums of Sondalo, in particular of the Sanatorial Village Morelli, the largest European sanatorium built in the forms of rationalist architecture of the twentieth century as an alpine city of foundation.
