In een kasteel gelegen museum. Prachtige verzamelingen met hele mooie messen. Wel klein maar de moeite waard
Museum located in a castle. Beautiful collections with very beautiful knives. Small but worth it

Nice museum with a description of the whole history of knives (or sharp irons) not only in relation to Scarperia but also relative to the other locations in Italy where in the past or still there is the art of knives. Interesting is the visit to the tower through a wooden ladder that climbs inside.

We went because of the history of the cutlery but the rooms of the Travaverse castle are beautiful and full of history. However everything is in Italian. Too bad for those who do not speak the language

The "Knife Museum" is only part of the exhibition, but gives a very nice insight into the origins, history and development of cutlery in Scarperia. It's very interesting and definitely worth a visit. And of course afterwards I looked around in the knife shops, each one has its own story and bought something. ?

Well laid out and very nice but difficult to climb the tower.

Museum in a historical setting in itself very beautiful. It deals with a topic in keeping with what concerns the traditions of Scarperia. Maybe I would have liked some more explanations about the uses of certain tools, but I still found very interesting objects and I saw things that were new to me.

Was here in late July. Beautiful knife museum in a charismatic old town. Best of all....they had old Genovese style daggers that I wanted to see. Friendly staff and on par with the Albacete museum in Spain

Magical place and the view from the top ! There is even a Brunelleschi watch machine now substituted by modern ones ... Which was used in the past instead to keep the clock in the tower going! Amazing Knives handmade and interiors treasured of the 1200 onwards... Magical!
