★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Torre dell'Orologio, sorretta da massicci ed eleganti archi gotici, oltre ad essere il simbolo di Mestre, ne è anche il suo Museo Civico, per quanto piccolo e disagevole. Al suo interno, al piano terra, si può ammirare un plastico a cura del Centro Studi Storici che ricostruisce l'antico assetto urbanistico di "Mestre: città murata e borgo San Lorenzo". Salendo la ripida scala esterna, si sale ai due piani superiori per godere di una piacevole veduta su Piazza Ferretto e vedere, oltre al quadrante dell'orologio, il suo antico congegno; la pianta topografica di Venezia-Mestre di M. Magnifichi e la nuova veduta prospettica di Venezia di G. M. Fiore (1995). La storia della città meriterebbe uno spazio ben più ampio, ma purtroppo non esiste ancora una volontà operativa per realizzarlo.
Il Museo è attualmente gestito dalla Pro Loco di Mestre.
 The Clock Tower, supported by massive and elegant Gothic arches, as well as being the symbol of Mestre, is also its Civic Museum, although small and uncomfortable. Inside, on the ground floor, you can admire a model by the Centro Studi Storici which reconstructs the ancient urban layout of "Mestre: walled city and San Lorenzo village". Going up the steep external staircase, you go up to the two upper floors to enjoy a pleasant view of Piazza Ferretto and see, in addition to the clock face, its ancient device; the topographic map of Venice-Mestre by M. Magnifichi and the new perspective view of Venice by G. M. Fiore (1995). The history of the city deserves a much wider space, but unfortunately there is still no operational will to make it happen.
The Museum is currently managed by the Pro Loco of Mestre.
