È costituito da un corpo sviluppato longitudinalmente con due torrette ai lati, una parte centrale e due laterali più alte, in mattoni con decorazioni barocche. Donato alla Parrocchia dagli ultimi eredi, fu poi donato al Comune alla metà del Novecento. Al suo interno in alcuni locali seminterrati, con annesso bel giardino terrazzato, si trova una pizzeria ristorante (Alfieri); al piano terra sul lato opposto si trova un rinomato ristorante. Nel castello è collocato un Museo di Arti e Tradizioni Popolari: il Museo della Cultura del Gesso (soffitti) e un Museo del Paesaggio, ingresso a pagamento. The castle of Magliano Alfieri is a historic residence built in the mid-seventeenth century, on a previous medieval construction, by order of the Lords Alfieri di Magliano and Castagnole delle Lanze. Secondo me si può anche evitare la visita interna per vedere un piccolo Museo della cultura del gesso. Today the Magliano castle is owned by the Municipality. Il paese si visita in poco tempo , ma è carino nel centro storico non c'era niente di aperto a parte la chiesa bella e dal piazzale antistante si vede un bellissimo panorama.
