★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Museo della Beata Vergine di San Luca(ingresso gratuito),situato all'interno dell'antica porta Saragozza offre ai visitatori italiani e stranieri la possibilità di immergersi totalmente nel culto devozionale della Madonna di San Luca, tanto amata dai Bolognesi. Nelle sale espositive del museo,(che si sviluppa in altezza) pannelli informativi, immagini e fotografie illustrano la storia della sacra icona e la costruzione del portico che porta al Santuario sul monte della Guardia, dove tutt'ora è custodita la sacra icona. Attraverso la terrazza panoramica si accede alla torre (il cassero) dove sono esposte alcune tavolette ottocentesche dipinte in onore della Vergine (ex voto), le statue settecentesche che ornavano il baldacchino nelle processioni solenni e numerosi oggetti (monete, santini, libri ecc..)legati al culto della Madonna. Nella sala al primo piano si può ammirare anche un dipinto di Luigi Bertelli, noto pittore bolognese.
The Museum of the Blessed Virgin of San Luca (free admission), located inside the ancient Saragossa gate offers Italian and foreign visitors the opportunity to immerse themselves totally in the devotional cult of the Madonna di San Luca, so loved by the Bolognese. In the exhibition rooms of the museum, (which develops in height) information panels, images and photographs illustrate the history of the sacred icon and the construction of the portico that leads to the Sanctuary on Mount della Guardia, where the sacred icon is still kept. The panoramic terrace leads to the tower (the cassero) where some nineteenth-century tablets painted in honor of the Virgin are exhibited (ex voto), the eighteenth-century statues that adorned the canopy in solemn processions and numerous objects (coins, santini, books, etc.) ) related to the cult of the Madonna. In the first floor room you can also admire a painting by Luigi Bertelli, a well-known Bolognese painter.
