★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are a lot of cool stuff, but it's dark everywhere and sometimes you can't see the things. Also there is nothing written in English and it's a shame, because I didn't enjoy it as much as I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting place but it was all in Italian with no English translation. We could only look at the items without understanding what they were. They gave us an English paper with information on it but it didn't help.

The only bad thing for me is that there is not many english translations... we had to search on the internet the meaning or just look without reading the description

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely, not too big museum. It shows the development of como from stone age to roman + extra. English support is limited. But there are explanation sheets in some rooms, keep an eye out for them because it enhances the history greatly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a bit of a hidden gem. Well worth visiting it’s very interesting and gives lots of information about the history of activity in Como. Only 4€ entrance and they were so welcoming, let us leave our bags securely for free as we were heading later that day for the boat. Highly recommended

Waiting for the opening of the gardens inside.
Till July 2018 you can visit Tenchio exhibit.
Once the gardens will be opened, it will be a little treasure in Como!
