Very interesting to learn how they make what you eat every day

Mostly an advertising venue for the Villani company with some history thrown in. After you watch the video of how mortadella is made you probably won't ever want to eat it but the cheesy subtitle text is hilarious.

Our tour guide was very unenthusiastic and didn't seem interested nor knowledgeable. I wouldn't reccomend doing the tour. Plus you can't actually see how salami is made. You just watch videos that are available on YouTube or on their website.

A nestled museum made with love. It will not take you more than 1 hour to discover the history of the handcrafted curated meat. And close to the Museum an interesting deli-shop with every kind of curated meat is available to take away

A well worth trip to....The museum was inexpensive, and we got a tasting platter at the end. You could do a self tour, or guided. The self paced tour was awesome. We We were able to learn all the history and more....there were interactive displays and small videos....once you completed the tour, we were given a tasting platter.....you were also able to.purchase some products to take away....All in all, we would definitely recommend this museum....

What a disappointment! Due to the COVID pandemic it was not possible to tour the small museum on our own. During the 1 hour "tour" our guide had to switch between Italian and English so effectively less than 20min actual content. The explanation were rather an interruption of our own readings of the signs than adding anything useful. It would have been much better to just walk around on our own and watch the display. The tasting was also cancelled instead two salamis of the same kind were given. During our visit there were 4 visitors in total. So the prebooked MuSa tour was the worst of our Italy visit which included tours at cheese and vinegar productions as well as other museums.

The value for money can't be measured. Great, private tour, tasting and 10% discount in the shop. Interesting and well built. Would have wanted even more in-depth information as optional. Do book your visit though. We didn't but was super lucky.

A seemingly overlooked pleasure. Although this museum has been put together by someone with considerable self-interest who happens to make salami, this is absolutely worth the trip. You need the tour which doesn't last very long but if you ever wondered how it came to pass but such wonderful treats were made you will find out here.
