Pienamente consapevole delle difficoltà dei medici di famiglia, ma non è in alcun modo accettabile entrare 60-90 minuti dopo l’orario dell’appuntamento (ricordo ai medici che non sono gli unici a lavorare…), non ricevere risposta alle telefonate (MAI, ripeto MAI) o avere una ricetta dopo una settimana di sms, whatsapp e email.
Mi spiace, perché ripeto la dottoressa è una persona squisita, ma stiamo valutando di cambiare medico, perché questa situazione oramai è reiterata e non più accettabile.
