The municipality itself does not have many problems but indecency shows up on arrival or departure. The video says it all I think. Ps free diapers for all travelers?

City center with few attractions, in some places abandoned waste, if you have to go to offices or banks pay maximum attention to the parking disc ... ?Many neighborhoods are pure dormitories without essential services ... Pineta Park now no longer livable in as frequented by addicts

Really pretty city, it's a pity that I only managed to see one of the local museums. Well maintained, clean and friendly.
