★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver pagato la tassa comunale, tassa regionale, tari e tarsu, BRINDISI è ancora invasa dalle blatte di grandi dimensioni. A questo punto mi chiedo il mio contributo serve ad acquistare il veleno o a dare Vitto e alloggio alle blatte????!!!!! Grazie per quello che fate per i cittadini!!!!!
 After paying the municipal tax, regional tax, tari and tarsu, BRINDISI is still invaded by large cockroaches. At this point I wonder if my contribution is to buy poison or to give food and lodging to cockroaches ???? !!!!! Thanks for what you do for the citizens !!!!!

Rude and abrupt staff. To make an identity card they took me into words because the time had expired even though I had been there for more than an hour waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è corretto generalizzare, ci sono impiegati molto volenterosi che aiutano e servono i cittadini offrendo il miglior servizio, ma qualcosa nella gestione del lavoro e delle risorse potrebbe e dovrebbe essere migliorata. Decisamente avventure difficili quasi ogni volta che si varca il cancello del Comune.
It is not correct to generalize, there are very willing employees who help and serve the citizens by offering the best service, but something in the management of work and resources could and should be improved. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scesa da Milano per pochi giorni per rinnovare la carta d'identità, chiedo se fosse possibile spedirla lì ma mi rispondono che non spediscono fuori dal meridione...allora mi dicono di farla ritirare a qualcuno al mio indirizzo a Brindisi per poi farmela spedire.
Peccato che non solo il tracciamento del documento sul sito non esista, al contrario di quanto garantito sul documento provvisorio, ma sono stata costretta a ritornare a Brindisi solo per ritirare il documento poiché il postino è autorizzato a consegnare il documento solo alla sottoscritta...se mi avessero detto subito che non era possibile delegare avrei aspettato direttamente giù piuttosto che buttare soldi di aereo.....mbah

Too bad that not only does the tracking of the document on the site not exist, contrary to what is guaranteed on the provisional document, but I was forced to return to Brindisi only to collect the document since the postman is authorized to deliver the document only to the undersigned ... if they had told me immediately that it was not possible to delegate I would have waited directly downstairs rather than throwing money on the plane ..... mbah
