Mi accolgono due ragazze che mi dicono: "Deve per forza prendere appuntamento, inviando una mail e scrivendo quali libri servono. In questo momento, siamo occupati". Guardando dentro la biblioteca: era completamente deserta con le tapparelle addirittura abbassate. Ma la domanda è: se avessi bisogno di andare in biblioteca per cercare dei libri da leggere, come faccio a sapere quali libri mi interessano/servono? Ovviamente personale maleducato che dà risposte da saccente, trattando i clienti in maniera scortese
I went the week after mid-August to look for books (not knowing, without an appointment). Two girls welcome me and tell me: "You have to make an appointment, sending an email and writing what books you need. Right now, we're busy." Looking inside the library: it was completely deserted with the shutters even lowered. But the question is: if I need to go to the library to look for books to read, how do I know which books I am interested in / need?
